We are looking for a web design associate to join our growing team. The associate will develop web sites, plan and execute designs, maintain and upgrade services along with thorough documentation.

  • Plans site design by clarifying goals; designing functionality.

  • Develops site navigation by categorizing content; funneling traffic through content.

  • Develops site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists; designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.

  • Prepares site by installing and configuring server software; installing programming language using authoring and formatting tools; ensuring cross-platform compatibility; establishing links.

  • Establishes locatability by registering with search engines.

  • Upgrades site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links.

  • Protects site by designing and installing security precautions.

  • Maintains site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards; editing submissions.

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

  • Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

  • Understanding of Javascript and some SQL.

Bachelor of Fine Art degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
5 - 7 years prior experience.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.
Knowledge of Mac and PC platforms.
Familiarity with current (HTML, CSS, scripting) and emerging technologies, such as mobile / responsive design.
Portfolio demonstrating expertise in web graphics.

Support Technician

Provide professional and efficient Level III technical support to employees (customers) that are using proprietary applications as well as other client-server applications. Diagnose and resolve hardware and workstation configuration problems, routing calls to other support areas as necessary, alerting management where critical. You will act as the bridge between help desk and desktop engineering teams.


  • Basic resolution and service delivery

  • Answer calls - high volume

  • Perform VDI troubleshooting etc.

  • Use of tools, procedures, and customer relation techniques established for the HelpDesk team to support customers through telephone, remote access to the customer's workstation.

  • Document all problems by providing a complete and accurate depiction of issues reported, and their resolutions, into problem management system

  • Troubleshoot, isolate, and research problems, recommending solutions and escalating to a higher tier when necessary

  • The analyst will also need to exercise good judgment when dealing with sensitive employee security information, as well as company documentation, in keeping with corporate data security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Senior support technician

  • Around 5 yrs experience in a Senior Support Technician/L3 position

  • Strong experience with powershell & scripting technologies

  • Strong with VDI- troubleshooting virtual desktops

  • Experience in a corporate support position in a technical environment with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot system problems.

  • Knowledge of, and ability to use, a corporate HelpDesk ticketing system- Service Now.

  • Knowledge of current Microsoft Operating Systems

  • Excellent oral and written skills to interface with all user/technical communities within the company.

  • Understanding of financial business environments will increase the incumbent's potential for success.

  • Possess good time management/organization skills necessary to assist in developing IT processes/procedures and to manage own work queue, perform escalations, and assist in team projects.

At minimum, must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study relevant to the position and demonstrate capability to operate in a highly technical environment.

Alphatech CSS is looking for a client-facing desktop support Intern to support Alphatech CSS employees. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with on-site or remote technicians on the desktop support and help desk teams to support Alphatech CSS employees.
Resolve tickets.
Create moves.
Build client relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

You must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be enrolled in a college, university or trade school to qualify. Students who have completed at least two years of college are preferred.
Pursuing Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related technical discipline with an IT focus.

Requirements and General Skills:

Natural curiosity and flexibility in problem solving.
Ability to generate insights from information.
Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work independently multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

International candidates must have a work permit.

Technical Skills:
